This policy explains what information imtiazofficial.com collects, why it is collected and how it is looked after. The site is run by Imtiaz Ahmed, founder of Design Fly 24. If you have any question about your information, email designfly24@gmail.com.
When you use the contact form I receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, website, the services you are interested in, your budget range and your message. I also keep the date of your message and the page it was sent from.
The self audit on the homepage runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to me or stored anywhere.
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or a free review if you asked for one, and keep a record of our conversation. I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Form messages are emailed to me and saved privately in the website’s dashboard, which only I can access. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Emails are delivered through an email service and received in Gmail. These providers process the data on my behalf and keep it secure.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third party tracking. The site may store small technical items in your browser, for example to remember that you have already seen the opening screen. Pages are cached to load faster, which does not identify you.
The site links to Design Fly 24, LinkedIn, X, Google reviews, Calendly and WhatsApp. When you visit those sites, their own privacy policies apply.
I keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for our work together, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a client. You can ask me to delete your details at any time.
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email designfly24@gmail.com and I will reply within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
